BodySoulSynergy Private Session moves between body and movement psychotherapy and spiritual guidance. Cultivating presence in the cooperation between therapist and client is essential, so I establish a relational kinetic empathy dialogue to encourage this. By preparing for pre-reflective self-experiences, the client's understanding of his/her own moving body can be developed. My philosophy is that the stronger we become in our self-understanding, the more strengthened we are to take responsibility for our actions. We can also understand others better by knowing ourselves. Spiritual development deals with the cultivation of transparency, the ability to see through illusions in order to expose the core, the true self—a process, which demands patience, daring to be vulnerable, and the willingness to yield: a process of surrender. Intimacy, closeness, and touch are central in my work. I aim to create a safe and trusting space for exploration where a soft and quiet approach to awareness work can grow. I believe in goodness as a resource for dealing with wounds and hurt. Beauty shows itself through the grace given to us as we dance and move.

In my sessions, I uses techniques and knowledge from Kinetic Awareness, Somatic Experience, Body-Mind Centering®, Authentic Movement, art and expression therapy, inner travel, spiritual Bakti practice, and experiences in the Awakening Woman approach.
